If push comes to shove they will purchase a small house so that they can maintain a residence during the summer months here in the Vernon area.  But their preference is to find a rental. 

They claim that they have a buyer for their existing home, but if that falls through perhaps this could turn into a Seller client as well.  Not probable, but possible.
