Real Estate Agent in Orange County, New York, NY needed

I have a buyer lead that is interested in one of my listings. I do not have the ability to work with this buyer at this time. I have spoke with him twice on the phone over the past couple of days. He and his wife currently live in the City and want to move up to the country. There is an immediate need to show a listing this Sunday 6/4 around 11am. If you claim this opportunity please make sure you are able to accommodate this time slot or other slots around it. I would also think that some time needs to be spent this Sunday showing them the area a bit and of course a meeting to discuss everything else involved in the buying process. The client is not yet pre-approved, but they are in touch with a mortgage banker and are just waiting for the right moment to get the letter. Their criteria is reasonable for what they think their max spend is. They are thinking $400k is their max based upon previous discussions with their mortgage lender. They are currently renting and can easily get out of their lease.
