I sincerely appreciate your time and consideration in assisting your immense data base of clientele. For your reference my name is Mike Owens SL3305398 with Exit Ryan Scott Realty here in Ft. Lauderdale. I'm a multi million dollar producer and average I'd say anywhere from 25-30 transactions annually with that figure growing. I would love to say that I approached my business strategy with the efficient nature of a listing agent, but alas that was not so as I'm one of the few predominate buyer side specialists. I work roughly 15+ outbound referrals via a variety of sites, my own brokerages predominately with the majority being buyer side representation. I service a wide area from as far as Stuart/Martin County on down through the Florida Keys servicing St. Lucie, Martin, Palm Beach, Broward (where I live), Dade and Monroe counties.
What's my loss of sanity is your companies gain as I have an amazing team of third party professionals from finance professionals, title agents, inspectors, appraisers, general contractors, handy men, etc. all to help simplify the purchase/sales process for my clientele throughout all of these counties. I've had to build a vast base of professional contacts as at the end of the day I run around for my living.
I can certainly represent and love seller side listing more then anyone, but know they typically are few and far between. That being said I'm well versed in the marketing advertising, the sales process, etc. to efficiently represent your specified clients. End of the day I really enjoy quarterbacking a transaction so to speak, really being in the thick of the sale as I do not have transaction coordinators or assistants. I don't think thats reflective of my business, but more so, how hands on I am throughout the deal which just helps build my knowledge base, contacts, and speaks to my ability to understand this business on a fundamental level. The more agents that I meet the more that I see don't truly understand the complete process of buying/selling or real estate in general.
