Real Estate Agent in Beacon, NY needed

An old friend of mine is starting to look for his first home in the Beacon NY area. He and his fiancé are first time home buyers. Not yet pre-approved, but they will be working on it shortly. Both gainfully employed with solid credit so pre-approval will not be an issue. They are quite sure that they will land in the Beacon, NY area, but not 100% sure. So, this could be a situation where they simply may buy in another area all together. They will start here, but may also take a look on the NJ side of the border. If that happens I will refer them to another Agent in that territory. These are two very nice young professionals who will be a pleasure to work with, but again, in the spirit of full disclosure they simply may not make their purchase in the Beacon area. Please note that if you claim this referral I will assume you will be comfortable knowing this. Pricing details listed in this op are ball park numbers as they do not yet know their max; however they are well aware of the general pricing in the Beacon area and are comfortable with it. I will be giving them mortgage lender information, and you can too if you are awarded this opportunity. As far as the unit type. They would probably consider condo/apartment or single family. Preference would be single family. Condo/apartment if it were a pleasing "downtown" type of location.
