They have a property to sell in Harriman valued in the $600K range and would like to finance a condo purchase through a contingency sale. They would like to see a condo in Warwick Grove this week and agreed to allow the same agent to also provide a listing presentation for their home in Harriman. I need an agent who can call them tonight and schedule both a viewing of the Warwick Grove condo and a listing presentation in Harriman. May need to investigate a bridge loan but I'd like to get the agent to give the listing presentation and show Warwick Grove. Access the situation / develop rapport and advise them through both deals. There this a referral fee for both the buy and seller sides of this referral. 30% buy and sell side referral fees for non Green Team agents, however Green Team Agents only pay 10% on each side through their discount with Green Team Referral Realty.
